The purpose of our Youth Ministry is to lead our youth to an authentic Christian faith by encouraging, teaching, supporting and equipping them to take the lifelong journey of following God through Christ.

Youth Confirmation Key Features

  • The FCC Confirmation program strives to be comprehensive and dynamic providing confirmands with a solid foundation on which to build their faith.

  • A strong support network exists for confirmands, parents, small group leaders and mentors involved in the program through ongoing training, communication, fellowship and prayer.

  • The program hopes to foster better understanding by augmenting the education process with greater program variety and providing ample opportunity to experience faith by "doing".
    • Classroom education and discussion most Wed. evenings from October through mid-April
    • Participation in Fellowship Meals and four Wed. Night Worship Services (in lieu of class)
    • Service Projects-As a group (2) and individually with mentors
    • Individual/small group discussion and bible study with mentors throughout year
    • Fall and Spring Retreats for study, reflection and fun
