Trustees ~ Our Purpose
The Board of Trustees is responsible for church property, investments, and other assets. Trustees are stewards of the property and buildings; assure adequate insurance coverage of buildings, property, equipment, including liability for activities involving church members. Trustees oversee the financial secretary and the treasurer of the church, create an annual church budget, and maintain the financial strategic plan of the church and the investment oversight for a portfolio of endowments. They ensure appropriate employment policies and provide guidance and input for the performance reviews of select church employees.
