Building Bridges

Caring community of people that enjoy playing Bridge. Group meets every other Thurs evening, 7:30-9 PM at 99 Main. Still open to new members. Led by Polly Coyle.

Fellowship and Missional Service

Missions and Fellowship Christcare Group plans and implements mission projects. These projects involve other people in the church and the community. Some of the mission projects we are coordinating are the rekindling of Midnight Run, Souper Bowl Sunday, and a Church World Service kit. We would love to have you as a member!

Good Girls & Bad Girls of the Bible

Join other women as we explore the good and bad girls of the Bible. Within a caring community, we will explore how these women can speak to us in today’s world. We will begin with the book Sarah Laughed by Dr. Vanessa L. Ochs. She shows modern lessons from the wisdom and stories of various Biblical women (Old Testament). We can learn about ourselves as we delve deeper into the stories of Eve, Miriam, Esther, Hannah and others. In this spiritual journey we will be encouraged to keep a journal or some kind of artistic interpretation of the scripture based on our readings. Through sharing these women’s stories and our own we will grow in our faith and love of Jesus Christ.

How we serve.
There is a high priority on relationship building with the local people, not only working on projects but also visiting their homes and joining them in social events and worship services. We attempt to show Christ's love for them through our actions
• offer construction or medical assistance through donations of labor and funds
• the needed workforce to utilize such supplies
• supply much needed disposable goods (tools, computers, toys, and hygiene products)

Saturday Morning Men's Bible Study

Read and discuss the Bible. Gorup meets weekly on Saturday from 8-9AM in the Parlor. Leadership rotates.

Spiritual Pilgrims

Enjoy walking and meditating with others in a caring group. This is not an exercise group. Group will meet weekly on Saturday mornings. Usually begin at 7:30AM. Led by Miriam Martinez.

Taking off our Masks

Group that supports one another while taking off their masks to the outside world. Group meets weekly on Saturdays from 8:30-10:00AM in the Library. Led by Penny Hein and Heidi Yerannosian.

Thursday Morning Women's Bible Study

Read and discuss the Bible (began with studying the "Book of Acts")in small group format which includes prayer and worship. Group meets weekly on Thursday from 11-11 PM in the Parlour. Led by Yvonne Smith.
