"What is a ChristCare small group covenant?"
Every ChristCare groups creates its own covenant that covers promises members make to each other. The covenant includes the purpose of the group, the time, location and duration of the meetings, some restrictions on discussions (no politics, no gossip), a pledge to be respectful and courteous of others' feelings and opinions. Lastly, all covenants include a promise of confidentiality wherein "what is said in the room, stays in the room."
